We hope this message finds you well. We’re excited to share an important update about the future of our practice and your continued care.

Dr. Andrew Sumnicht is now the new lead provider at our clinic. Dr. Sumnicht is a board-certified ophthalmologist with advanced training in cataract surgery and a deep commitment to personalized, patient-focused care. His experience and values make him a wonderful addition to our team and community.

Dr. Sumnicht will be seeing patients throughout the week and will be taking over as the primary cataract surgeon for the practice. As part of this transition, Dr. Swedberg will step away from performing cataract surgeries, but will continue to see patients on Tuesdays and perform lid surgeries, allowing many of you to continue your ongoing care with him if you wish.

While our location and contact information will remain the same, you’ll begin to see our name and branding transition to Sumnicht Eye Care in the coming months.

Your care will always be our top priority. We are committed to making this transition smooth, supportive, and positive—and we are confident that you will find Dr. Sumnicht’s expertise and approach to be an outstanding addition to your eye care experience.
