Please be assured that this transition will not affect the quality of care you receive from our clinical team. Your medical records will continue to be maintained securely, and both Sumnicht Eye Care and Acuity Health Solutions utilize HIPAA-compliant processes designed to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal health information.

If you receive a billing statement after July 1st, it may include Acuity Health Solutions as the billing contact. Their team will be available to assist you promptly and professionally with any billing questions or concerns that may arise.
